This course was inspired by a study guide from The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan entitled, Self-Improvement: The Basis for Community Development. The focus is building character, immune health, and to fortify spiritual, mental and physical well being. This content of this course is what got me through psychosis, schizophrenia, poor physical health, bad character, and poor immune health.
